Shipping Policy – Luxe El Lusso

We currently ship orders within India only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or festive rush.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Flat rate of ₹50 for orders above ₹999.

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch.

Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier or email us at luxeellusso@gmail.com

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will work with the courier to resolve lost package claims.
